Our hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:

Our hours are based on appointments, meaning we are only at the clinic when we have appointments (so we may arrive late or leave early some days). You are welcome to walk in if we are there. It's best to give us a call first if you are planning on stopping by.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

We require a credit card to HOLD Bookings.

You will not be charged unless you are a no show or cancel within 48 hours. This is strictly enforced, please allow 48 hours notice for cancellations.

48 hr Cancellation Policy:

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours, we charge a $25 cancellation fee per person. 

​

For Same Day Cancellations & No Shows:

Same Day Cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. No shows will be charged 100% of the of the reserved service amount.

YOUNG CHILDREN POLICY:

Due to very limited space and your child's safety we do not recommend bringing your young child/children in the Smile Bar. We don't have a sitting area and often times there is only one person working, so we would not be able to tend to your child while servicing other clients. There are hot equipment and peroxide based products that may be harmful for a child to be in contact with. However, if your child can sit quietly and/or supervised by another adult not getting the service done they may wait (contingent upon space). Please Note: If most of the stations are occupied then there won't be any space to sit and wait. If your child is disruptive, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
