COVID-19 Safety Protocols

*As per the recommendation of WorksafeBC

UPDATE: Currently, (As of Nov 19, 2020) Dr. Bonnie Henry has mentioned that they are not seeing transmissions in salons and spas. We remain open and are not ordered to close. We are closely monitoring the advise of public health officials, following all the recommended industry guidelines and remaining vigilant when it comes to cleaning and sanitation. Keeping our Smile Bar clean and your health and safety will always be our top priority!

We will continue to use medical grade disinfectants. Our disinfectant is approved by Coastal Health and fights against the human coronavirus. Our floors are bleached daily. High volume and frequently touched areas such as door handles, will be sanitized multiple times a day. Everything we use for the service is SINGLE USE and disposable, we do not reuse anything. Teeth whitening stations, sinks and treatment room will be sanitized and disinfected after each use.

We have always asked clients to wash/sanitize their hands prior to the start of each session and we will continue to do so. Please make sure to wash/sanitize your hands after you use the bathroom.

Sink area (for teeth whitening): Please wash your hands after you rinse. A cup is provided for you, please don't use your hands for rinsing.

Consent forms must be completed online before you arrive for your appointment. A link to our consent form will be included in the appointment confirmation email. 24 hours before your appointment we will send a COVID self assessment questionnaire to confirm you are not experiencing any symptoms prior to the start of your appointment.
