COVID-19 Safety Protocols

*As per the recommendation of WorksafeBC


We will continue to use medical grade disinfectants. Our disinfectant is approved by Coastal Health and fights against the human coronavirus. Our floors are bleached daily. High volume and frequently touched areas such as door handles, will be sanitized multiple times a day. Everything we use for the service is SINGLE USE and disposable, we do not reuse anything. Teeth whitening stations, sinks and treatment room will be sanitized and disinfected after each use.


We have always asked clients to wash/sanitize their hands prior to the start of each session and we will continue to do so. Please make sure to wash/sanitize your hands after you use the bathroom.

Sink area (for teeth whitening): Please wash your hands after you rinse. A cup is provided for you, please don't use your hands for rinsing.


Consent forms must be completed online before you arrive for your appointment. A link to our consent form will be included in the appointment confirmation email. 24 hours before your appointment we will send a COVID self assessment questionnaire to confirm you are not experiencing any symptoms prior to the start of your appointment.


If you are experiencing symptoms, you would need to reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged the cancellation fee if you reschedule. Please be courteous and inform us, we are operating at limited capacity and there are people on wait list. We reserve the right to fill your spot if you are unable to make it. No shows will be charged.



Acrylic barriers will be put in place at reception and other necessary areas. Techs will be wearing masks and face shields. Barriers will be wrapped around the head of the LED whitening light and other devices used for facials.



Only bring necessities with you to your appointment. Please leave large personal belongings (such as coats in your car).



To limit contact, we will not be accepting cash payments at this time. We can accept credit and debit cards.



We will be operating at limited capacity. Appointments will be arranged to ensure social distancing. Please DO NOT BRING ANYONE WITH YOU. Arrive at your appointment at the exact time. If you arrive early, and we are at max capacity you will be asked to wait outside.


Upon arrival your temperature will be checked. If it exceeds 38 degrees Celsius your appointment will have to be rescheduled. All staff will also have their temperatures monitored daily.


We usually operate by appointment only. If you would like to come in on the same day, please call us first to make sure we are not at capacity.


Group bookings (groups of 3-4) will no longer be offered.



Always remember to wash your hands after going to the washroom.

It is best to use your washroom at home prior to coming for your appointment, but if that's not possible, please check out our washroom protocols:

Port Moody Location: We have a washroom in-suite that is cleaned daily. Please use the toilet seat covers provided for you and dispose of it in the trash can after each use.

Downtown Location: We are located inside International Village Mall we do not have an in-suite washroom. You are free to use the mall’s washroom. They have limited the washroom capacity to 4 people at a time. The women’s washroom will be located upstairs, and the men’s washroom will be located downstairs. We can also provide you with toilet seat covers.
